Jim and Curt will manage each aspect of the construction process, providing personalized attention to all your needs. Jim, a licensed Florida Building Contractor, has overseen the construction of thousands of homes from the affordable to the executive custom. Throughout his career, Jim has built a reputation of mutual respect and trust with his subcontractors and suppliers. Curt, a licensed Real Estate Broker and CPA, has extensive experience in all aspects of the construction and real estate industry. Together they provide the solutions to all your real estate needs.

Westmont Homes has been selected by Green Builder Media to build the VISION House—Orlando ‘08, a showcase home to be presented at the 2008 International Builders Show. In choosing their slogan "Making a Difference", Westmont Homes set a high standard for their business practice as well as in their charitable and community involvement. In addition to their membership in civic and community organizations, they are actively involved in ongoing fundraising for the Leukemia Society of Central Florida and the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central Florida, as well as supporting numerous other local organizations.
Curt has decided to compete in his 5th event, a 100 mile bike ride in Tahoe on June 1st, and to raise $5,000 for Leukemia Society Team-in-Training Program. He is completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers.
